| Synthophonaholism: | Originally diagnosed incorrectly as a habit, Synthophonaholism
is now regarded as a disease by the A.M.A. It occurs randomly in
some individuals. Debates rage as to whether one has a “genetic
predisposition to”…or misuse/over-frequent use, or abuse of… being
the cause. Unlike other “isms” such as alcoholism - which has no
cure - only a daily reprieve, this disease is curable. While many pharmaceutical companies are scurrying to find a pill-type cure, almost without exception the only known cure is Synthophonaholics Anonymous (a.k.a. S.A.). SA is a 12-Step Program. Synthophonaholics also refer to these 12 steps as the “semi-tones." |

| Synthophonatorium: | A rest-home/ retirement home for Synthophonatics. There are currently no Synthophonatics in any Synthophonatoriums. THERE HAVE NEVER BEEN ANY Synthophonatics in a Synthophonatorium. Synthophonatics never retire. It is rumored that when Synthophonatics leave this plane of existence (a.k.a. “die”) that they actually EVAPORATE into the last note they play!! (a.k.a. Synthophonevaporation). They BECOME the note and emanate in all directions as sound waves towards the edge of the universe and beyond. | |
