I hope you’ve enjoyed reading this epic as much as I have had in the writing of it.  It was definitely
a labor of love.  Since first finding out about the Synthophone and ultimately purchasing one,
(Eugene The Magical Synthophone) I have fallen in love with playing music again.

My heartfelt thanks to Martin Hurni for the Synthophone itself . . .
to: Matt Traum for his work in creating beautiful sounds . . .
to: Randy Felts for all his work in the background of the development of the Synthophone as it is today . . .
to: Bob Hunt for coaching me through the basics and being an inspiration because of his passion . . .
and finally to Erik Klein the first person I ever saw play a Synthophone.  Erik, truly is our “Synthophonamentorguru”. His expertise, passion, commitment and dedication coupled with
his humility makes him a very unique person indeed.

Synthophonatics are a breed unto themselves.  A kindly lot with big hearts, a lot of passion regarding
the Synthophone and all things Synthophonic.  There is no agenda other than the enjoyment of the instrument and the development and betterment of each other musically and as people.

Once you become a Synthophonatic you are a friend among friends and it’s immediate.  This is known as Synthophonaticaphila ( from the Greek “the brotherly love of Synthophonatics”).

I am honored to belong to this group. I think I am finally . . . ”home”.
